33 West Coast Drive, Watermans Bay 6020 Instagram: @thelittlebay_ The OG storefront in Subiaco established CCC as serious players not only in the Perth coffee scene but they bring their a-game with lip-smackingly good street food, too. We’re talking big, bold flavours and classic remakes like their Bone Marrow Bolognese Toast – a bougie nod to the nostalgia of leftover spag bol on toast. Menu highlights: These guys know a thing or two about good coffee and use their own locally roasted coffee: Loot Coffee.  And I can confirm each blend is as smooth as a Barry White solo – up there with the best cuppa I’ve had in Perth (big call, I know – but the coffee is that good). Menu highlights: Petition do a bloody good Huevos rancheros – a Mexican brekky fave with crispy eggs, chilli jam, guacamole, focaccia, tomato salsa (definitely add the chorizo). They also specialise in seasonal produce with menus crafted around the freshest locally grown produce, like winter warmer: steel-cut oat porridge topped with poached rhubarb, honey, and cinnamon (I’m hot just thinking about it). Menu highlights: The menu has the usual brunch suspects but also some scrumptious surprises like Mini Prawn & Lobster Rolls and Harissa-Spiced Eggs. but let’s get real – the drawcard here is the 2 hours of bottomless prosecco and teapot cocktail on arrival as part of the brunch package. 495-497 Wellington Street, Perth 6000 Instagram: @theglobeperth Menu highlights: Go on a ‘benny-dictine‘ adventure with one of Mojo’s yummy eggs benny offerings. Menu highlights: Salmon and Potato Croquettes with a perfectly-made Micrology Coffee flat white = what dreams are made of. Only bettered with a slice of one of their irresistible cakes that almost look too pretty to eat! Opening hours:

3C James St, Bassendean 6054 Instagram: @hollyraescafe The perfect place to pick up a birthday gift (or three) while you duck in to grab your morning cuppa. Boasting an impressive all day breakfast menu – the only difficulty you’ll have at Green St, is choosing what to order!  Menu highlights: If you’re ready to go all the way with your brunch dining – you need to order the breakfast gnocchi. Think: Delicious pan fried gnocchi with salty bacon and an oozy, garlicky cream sauce. No words. Just drool. Or if you’re livin’ lighter, their Acai Bowl never fails to satisfy – especially when you add an extra scoop of Biscoff! Opening hours:

8/10 Dewar street, Morley 6062 Instagram: @greenstcafemorley  Their inviting breakfast menu has all the French classics and then some.   Menu highlights: If you haven’t experienced the out-of-this-world goodness that is a legit French crepe – then this is the place to start dabbling. My choice: Crepe Benedicte – oozy mozzarella and hollandaise sauce with egg, salmon and spinach inside what can only be called crepe perfection. Or go all out with a Crepe Party – 8 crepes ready for you to load up with all the trimmings like Nutella, Caramel, whipped cream, maple syrup and fresh fruit. Seriously! And for good measure don’t forget to BYO eco bag to stock up on the best pastries, macarons and french desserts you’ll find this side of the Swan River (or anywhere in Perth, really). Opening hours:

100 Benara Road, Caversham 6055 Instagram: @maisonsthonore Named after the first mayor of Guildford Municipal Council, Padbury’s brings oodles of character, history and taste into the local food scene. The beautiful, exposed brick premises were first built in 1869 and is one of the oldest surviving commercial and residential buildings in Guildford. Along with the rustic charm and ambience, the menu centers around local producers and artisans and embraces seasonal changes. Menu highlights: The Crispy Crepe – a flavour bomb of prawn omelette wrapped inside a tumeric crepe topped with fresh salad and  zingy Nam Jim dressing. Or for a lunchy brunch, hit up the Chicken Burger which although sounds basic, is full of juicy chicken goodness. Opening hours:
